These terms apply to using Branchy, including the paid Branchy Pro plan.

Plans and the free trial

Every new account gets 14 days of Branchy Pro free, with no payment details required. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. On Free you can keep up to 3 canvases; canvases you already have are never deleted or locked because of your plan.

Subscriptions and billing

Branchy Pro is sold monthly ($4) or yearly ($36), or as a one-time lifetime purchase ($52). Prices include any applicable tax. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which processes your payment, handles tax and sends your receipts; we never see or store your full card details.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel, change plan or update your payment method at any time from Plan & billing in the app. Switching to a cheaper plan (such as yearly to monthly) takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will tell you in advance before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Lifetime Pro gives Branchy Pro for as long as Branchy is offered, with no recurring charge. If you buy it while subscribed, your subscription stops renewing at the end of its current period.

Refunds

If Branchy Pro isn't right for you, contact privacy@branchy.app within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Your account and content

You're responsible for what you create and store in Branchy and for keeping your account credentials secure. You own the content of your canvases and flashcard decks; we store it so we can show it back to you, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Email

We may email you about your account and closely related product updates. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent. Contact privacy@branchy.app with any account or data question.

No warranty

Branchy is provided as-is during the beta, with no guarantee of availability or that data will never be lost. We recommend exporting anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change or withdraw the beta programme at any time.
